Tried 1/8th, still seems to rich but it was an improvement.

These carbs are strange.....

Going to try another 1/8th and see what that does.

Right new video.

This is with the pilot screws set to 1 & 3/4 turns out.
I had to use a little choke the second time I re-started the bike.
It still doesn't seem perfect, and wont idle properly lower than 1600rpm.

I reckon that maybe you've gone a bit far then?

I wouldn't think so.

I have another video of it 1 & 7/8ths out.

Shall upload that too, it was worse if I remember rightly, had to adjust the idle back up for it to start again.

Is anything on this bike modified? I don't really understand why you're having to make significant adjustments to the air screws if all the induction system is stock....

The only thing missing on the intake is the front of the airbox base plate.

The airbox, air filter, engine flap etc is all present and correct.

Right this is the video with the pilot screws set to 1 & 7/8ths out.

Seemed to be worse than the 1& 3/4s out. Harder to get started again when warm and idled worse after a rev.

I still think you have an air-leak and / or somethign else.

Dont forget electrical issues will cause shitty running too.

between 1.75 - 2.5 you should really notice a great deal of difference, certainly not enough to kill the bike.
