Sure your talking about the same issue? Rick's known about this for some time now he just needed hard evidence (back 2 back dyno runs) before going to ignitech about it

i emailed him months ago....when i did my dyno....he was gonna send me another out if i could get back on the dyno but unfortunately i sold mine waiting for the reply and i told him to check out the posts on here! He hadn't seen them or heard of any probs

Hmm wierd, never mind its all sorted now im glad i still got mine to try out,

I still gotta sort this midrange flat spot out its fucking me right off

can't wait to get to tony and collect my new wheels as my panels are nearing ready....was gonna be type 3 but the wheels pushed me in a different direction and luckily the panels were still white when i called him!! Im looking forward to trying out the short stacks and my home made pipercross filter lol!
Just bought a v80 again so need to look at the settings too now!

Porndoguk did you read the thread on sorting out float bowl height and getting slightly larger (#38 or #40) slow jets, they effect the entire range and can sort out that midrange potentially, I've drilled my slides and will be trying the bigger slow jets shortly, just put the HRC springs back in will see what happens

No i havent mate,

My flat spot is due to my bike being super Rich, so need more air my main jets are only 115 and 118 im gonna drop the only shim, upjet to 120DJ maybe try some ram air race foam, i have a tyga carbon lid, hrc carb feeder tray and im going to cut the front off my carb base plastic.

And go from there when you say slowjet is that the pilot? Mine are are currently 35s

I made a nice pipercross filter for mine! Was cheap to do as the gsxr panel fits in the hole quite well! It's in my post one page back I think

i currently have an K&N panel filter i forgot to say but may give the foam a try
