yes i had dropped my bike due to ice. i was going 5mph tho... ever since then, it would start and then cut off after 20 mins on idle. and No, i did not clean the bike after i droped it.. and yes there are some dirt around the plug hole... but im prety sure the spark plug didnt rattle in there while trying to remove it. i will try and get a decent picture of the plug hole tomorrow. and will let yous posted.

It's a shame you are so far away, I'm sure one of us would of had a look at it for you.

when last put your spark plug in the plug hole and tighten it up was it easy to screw the plug in or was it hard/tight to screw it in , as you may of slighty cross threaded it as you screwed the plug in , hence the small pieces of metal on the plud thread and end , as ive seen this done before ,

1st thought looking at that plug is of one that had been rolling around on a dirty floor.
Now as porndog says no dirt can get in if the plug and lead cap was fitted correctly so my question is does this bike have the right plug caps on that plug/seal/cover the holes properly???

the plug caps are aftermarket... they are shit and dont have the circle seal that covers the hole....i was also gonna change that as i have a pare of genuine ones with the circle parts to cover the holes. and the spark plug fitted on easily as i remember.

Had a feeling that was the case, you need to try make something small enough to fit in the hole to Hoover the crap out. Once done maybe spin the motor over with the plug out to try clear any little bits that may have dropped in the plug hole, any other crap will go out the exhaust ports anyway.

i think jamboy hit the nail in the head here, we noticed the leads were wrong the other day, and of course the caps will be aftermarket crap as such road filth goes in and blocks the drain holes.

If you remove the rads and as much as you can from around the area, before you change the other plug, make sure the drain hole is clear and try to remove as much filth from around the plug before removing it, and rinse slowly with a hose to drain the sand away via the drain hole.

oh okay, i shall do that then.,i think i can get my hoover in the holes :D got a small hover end that will fit fine. and will spin the motor with the plugs out too. i shall keep yous posted. will do that tomorrow.

Man I hope you don't phuk up those cylinder walls with crud from the plug well. Good luck!

If there was that much shit on the plug when you took it out, god knows how much went down the plug hole.
