If they're a chunk thicker than 1mm they should be fine, but I'd check for sure- you don't want chunks of ally getting stuck in the inlets.

I have the real ones going if anyone wants to make me an offer... if you're near Leeds I could fit too. I have the certificate as well of course, although it won't be for your bike. I had a restrictor on another bike, my insurance company took a dyno as proof.
