fuel pump is on it's way, but before it arrives there's a couple things i'm not sure about, so any ideas would help

1/ with the ignition on and the kill switch in the run position, i'm only getting 1.25V ish out of the fuel pump connector, i'd have thought it should be 12 ish, especialy as the manual states to test the fuel pump you connect it directly to the battery give the "in" side a drink and it should squirt from the "out" side of the pump,

2/ i've got a connector under the pilot seat with 1 red wire 1 brown wire that isn't connected to anything, i found this pic Image in the 400/600 conversion sticky, it's not connected here either and i don't think it's anything to do with the conversion as it's not mentioned, it's the connector at top left of the pic

that's fine, mine isn't connected either and my bike runs fine (I've probably jinxed it now! :whistle: )

thanks, i thought it probably wasn't connected to anything looking at the contacts inside, they look very unused, better to check though, i'm goin bald with all the head scratching i've been doin lately :roll:

now just the fuel pump to sort, i suppose it could be a fault with the fuel pump relay, more hair flies about :lol:
