As tony said should still be ok for subs, id say it would be around 62/63 on dynapro dyno once setup, atound 65/66 on a dynojet dyno

Yea I'm hoping with the open carbs HRC pipe and RVF cams I can get as close to the limit as possible. I'm not going for total loss to begin with so I will be fitting an RVF flywheel and clutch to loose as much reciprocating weight as possible while still keeping that big weighty alternator.

Do you have any issues with the throttle cables binding on the plastic infill on the right, where they emerge from the throttle tube? I've just fitted clip ons and on full lock its making contact. Have tried moving/ adjusting but can't get it to sit right.
Thinking I'll either have to trim the infill or remove it completely.
Would be good to understand how other people have got round it.

I haven't looked to be honest, what I'll probably do is remove the infills completely as I don't really need them on there. Only downside is the bolts are seized in and near on impossible to get out from the look of it probably need to cut the bolt heads off or something.

Best get some plusgas on there now then. Give it a chance to do it's work!
I suspect I might end up removing mine too.
To be honest I was more worried about the cluth cable hitting the speedo but it skims it. Just. I see you've got round it by removing yours!

Tried it last year when I had it down to the bare frame and the thread insert would just spin round, I've seen it happen quite a lot on other peoples builds.
Haha yea it's handy not needing the speedo, when I get it daylight mot'd I'll just cable tie a cycle speedo to the yoke.

Thats a bugger when they just spin.might need to get brutal on the infill and just break it out and leave the bolt in.
I may end up fittings digital dash at some point. Just to give me a bit more adjustment on the clutch perch.
