Nice to see everyone ther has been a good day even though i've had some strange luck, missing the two pauls by 5 minutes, and a few near misses while on my way home. It was good to see a nice healthy curve on my dyno printout, and was also interesting to be told by kev he thinks my ignition box isn't standard. We shall have to do it again sometime at least I'll know where I'm going. P.s. That chopper sounded like jackhammers at full pelt.

Thanks again Kev, so you learnt a new phrase today - "Hardly able to"
Fair do's though, its was a big loud mother, but it had some grunt. Chap who rode it was a nice lad too, he said he was another ex ducati sportsbike rider.
Good to see a healthy following of italian V twin lovers up there. and next time i come i am taking that poster.

Viper, out of the V4's mine made the most with 94.5 at the wheel ;)

Anybody want An NC30? Dont listen to these idiots, they havent got a clue what theyre on about and theyre dyno reads really low.. Honestly, my bike makes nearly 70 RWHP actually, I just tuned it down to keep the engine in good order of course.

I Wish. LOL

But seriously, excellent weather, thanks for your time Kevin. Did anybody else happen to notice i was a little bit depressed after my run. LOL.
Spare engine going in the bike i think in the next couple of weeks. then I'll take a good look inside the one thats in it already and see what might be the problem before I get it skimmed and rebuilt!

And feck, that Hardley Able-to had some poke didnt it!! The guy who brought it said the guy who sold it to him claimed it had 140bhp at the wheel. So of course, at the risk of going deaf, I had to see it to believe it, and sure enough he was running 99bhp i think it was? That must be so annoying!! (Actually, I know how he feels!!) lol But still, that was awesome power for one of them!

At least we've been able to identify that Hamster's motor is a bit poorly (like was originally stated in his other post, but sure what do we know... eh??? ;) )

I really need to get my bike on the drum and see what she's kicking out after all these years and all this money that's been spent.

glad to hear you all had a good day, gutted I couldnt get up but the race bike still isnt running and thats my priority at the moment.

hamster when I get my road bike dyno'd il post up what kind of power it is cos I recon its way down on power like yours, every trackday iv been on and even on the road mine has always been slower (by a fair bit) than any other 400 iv followed so Im near enough 100% sure its got less than 50bhp

Seems a bit extreme mate, did you not get anything sorted with the bike in the afternoon?

I know you were busy taking it to bits and fiddling with stuff when we turned up
