well im not bothered what bike it comes off, but in theory then any should work so long as the speedo connection into the back is the same even if the dial displays a top speed that maybe a bit generous for a '30.

yeah, i was just reading up on ebay as there is a good few on there from the u.s. It is another possibility, i wont go and blow any cash on one yet as i have just bought some calipers to improve the front end, should be here in a day or so - having them sent to work so the wife does not see them until they are on the bike and she may not even twig then!
