Just cleaned the carbs out but only blew jets out not through the fuel feed, will try that next. its now only running on 3 cylinders, cylinder no3 seems to be the problem, when bike is running if i pull the plug cap of the plug it makes no difference at all, pull caps of the other plugs and the bike stalls, just had new plugs in. have changed them around and put old plugs in but still the cylinder no3 doesn`t work.

As said just cleaned jets out and checked the valves and gaps all seems ok, swapped coils around but that cylinder is the problem, not got a compression tester but did shove a solid bit of rubber in the cylinder and it did shoot it out at quite a force. any ideas from that now?

Any idea when the plugs were last changed? check out the plug on cylinder 3 how does it look?

Plugs where changed at the weekend although I have swapped them around and put old ones back in and swapped coils around but No3 cylinder stays the same.

Maybe your float needle valve is half blocked?This will mean the bowl isn't able to fill up quick enough after a bit of riding (hence bad running), but will slowly fill up enough once stopped to allow it to restart.

You should give the carbs a thorough inspection and clean to rule any problems out.
