+1 exup motor! remember reading somewhere that it needed to be connected! 
might be worth going back to completely standard box and connect servo just to see if there is any difference, thay way you can rule out airbox and servo! think thats where i'd start anyway, failing that i'd dump it, i mean get sharpey to look at it
