Just out of interest what type of exhaust headers etc are you using?

Sorry Hawksuspension, I didn't see your question till now. I'm not entirely sure what make the headers were. They came with the FZR400 RRSP race bike and oddly fitted the 600 engine perfectly. I reckon they were a set of 600 pipes modded to fit the 400, they have been cut and rewelded. The end can was just a micron.

Unfortunately just as I got used to the FZR and had it handling better I had to sell it. My zxr400 race bike had a head gasket failure and in order to complete the season I needed to sell the FZR to finance the rebuild.

At least it seems that they will be some more FZR400/600 out in the Thunderbike Sport class. Hopefully I'll be able to come and chat to anyone running one of these beautiful machines
