Didn't want to start a new topic as I think one may have been started (but can't find it) about the compatibility between NC29 headers and the NC23 one's....

To cut the story short I have a 1988 NC23 CBR400RR and is in need of the headers as one of the downpipes has a small hole. However, I can't afford £420 for GF racing headers ( Yet ). What I am asking is will the NC29 fit to the NC23 without modifications?

I've got an NC23 and an NC29 sitting side by side in my shed......will pop out there and take some photos' for you.

From memory the 23 has a lower mount the 29 doesn't?? Could be wrong but I think they can still be made to work
