her is the result of my RRSP

Image

main jet 138
main air jet 120
needle 5CT-1
pos 1 from top

the result is OK, but the way was a bit strange
first run with (standard SP) 5CZ pos 4 from top (rich) needle and mainjet=132 --> much to lean!!
change to 5CT-1 needle and 138 mainjet -> very rich in the middle up to 14k, still lean in top end (mainjet=138)
step by step from pos 3 to pos 1 to improve the midlde range and top range up to 15k
result now: lambda = 0.85 to 0.95 during the whole range
but with a main jet of 138 (very rich) and a needle position 1 (lean) (isn't that a strange combination)

Comments are welcome
cheers

some further information:
blue line is power (wheel power)
black line is air /fuel ratio

engine is stock, std pistons, std cams, std head
selfmade airbox, same as BDK
BDK ignition advance rotor and plate
result:
advance 4° minus 1PS
advance 6° minus 2PS
post timing 1° same in top range but improvment in the mid range

any idea why i got this results?
