Heat gun it,,,swear...twat it....roll doobie...relax!!!

yeah I've never stripped the thread out of one, usually go if you do it up tight and tap the bolt and rotor with hammer! a bit of heat may help if not you'll have to it red hot an try to pull it off (oooeeerr!) with a puller and get a new rotor.
