Jetting the bike for nos and having it rideable without nos is virtually impossible. It will need to be so rich that I doubt it would rev out without nos.

Installing an injector at the front of the airbox (or under the filter somehow) working off a relayed microswitch would be the way to go, this way you can keep the carbs completely setup for riding without nos, and having an electronic control for fuel addition will make a hell of a lot more sense when it comes time to dyno tune!!

How much nos are you gonna put through it? hp?
the nitrous runs threw a injectors (foggers) which fires fuel/nitrous down the intake manifolds when the button is pressed. it also runs a electronic fuel pump to increase the fuel levels when hitting the button. not directly threw the carbs. i will prob be pushing around extra 20-30 bhp threw the motor! this is why i think i will need to use thicker head gaskits??

+1

nos systems usually use some kind of switched auxillary fuel supply for when the button's pressed

If your nitrous system is supplying the extra fuel through a separate injector why would you need to change the carb jets?

All the fuel pump will do is ensure that the float bowls are full of fuel, the main jet size will still control the amount of fuel the engine sees.

You need a separate fuel injector to add teh extra fuel required when the nos is activated, most carby nos systems use this setup. Easy to tune for nos and good rideability off nos.

Very similar to a water injection setup in carbed turbo cars.

It doesn't appear to be, only the nos is being added through a fogger.

If a separate injector was used you could set the jets up as normal.

Edit: Now i'm confused, you did say that fuel and nos are being injected together in an above post?
