I have considered the NC30, but haven't found one that really appeals to me. I know it's opening a can of worms, but why would you consider them to be better?

All my riding is track, so I'm not worried about appearance!
For me the NC30 feels more track / race bike, the NC35 is nice enough to ride around town, its like a smoothed out version of the nc30.

Also the nc30 makes more power stock as the laws changed in 1993 so maximum bhp was 53hp from a 400cc.

Its all subjective and depends what your after..I think there isnt a lot between them, the nc30 feels more racebike, i think the build quality is a little better.

Many people seem obsessed with usd forks yet the later nc30s suspension is just as good as the rvf.

for in the town the rvf is probably better as its got more road gearbox, the nc30 is more racetrack.. hard to explain (espeically when im tired)

no dobut some of the other members on here who have had both will give you some fedback.

If your not concerned to show off usd forks (although its plenty easy to fit some to an nc30, or even change rvf ones) then an nc30 is better.. also they are usually cheaper so you get more money to spend on mods... Rick Oliver suspension upgrade for the forks if you want to keep them stock.. good value and good performance.. rebuild the rear shock or replace it...

Hey guys, it has been a while since I posted on this thread!

Thanks for all the advice, it certainly gave me alot to think about. In the end I went with the NC35 because that was the one I had wanted for so long. After three months I have no regrets! I love working on it and it is soon to be finished.

'You have chosen, wisely'! 8-)
I had both NC's at the same time at one point and the 35 was always going to be the one for me too!
