I did tell you to measure output voltage twice in this thread or you will end up with a burnt out ignition unit.

You can only use an NC30 part, they are custom mapped for the bike.

You have some after market parts too like ignitech but they are more expensive than the Honda unit.

there are also some low quality chinese knock off ignition units, they will probably be your cheapest option but the qulity is usually awful and they dont have a good repuatation for longevity.

Once again though, check your charging output after you get an ECU, you will probably find the reg/rec is shafted and youll blow a new one.

Maybe generator is knackered too.

Id be really carefully checking genny / reg/rec and battery.

I'm having a similar issue with my bike, anytime if goes over bumps it seems to bog or cut out. This issue only happens sometimes and if I go over enough bumps it starts making the bike bog anytime I get it around the 7k rpm mark. Any ideas? I also have a feeling it may have to do with something in the middle of the bike or at the rear as when I last removed the rear faring this is when it started to play up again. Just also had the carbs redone so could really do with some help or ideas as to what it might be.
