				Ive got a couple of 3en1 heads with a set of enough valves between them (some removed from one that came in a box of spares!), not sure how good they are but if any use, let me know and you can have them!

Jesus! Who makes valves and valve seats? Im wondering if an alternative can be sourced...
 
REC are a company that used to make valves in stainless steel,  not sure if it's worth the expense though.
Are you sure  valves need changing?
I would just get it running first then do a compression test.
If that's ok then set the clearances and job done.
