Cam timing then... Backfiring etc is a typical sign, especially if after being rebuilt.

it is practically impossible to get the bike to run if the timing is out - you'll be risking valves<>piston interface.
plugs not even dirty - as in wet? So, you have no fuel to them??

yes.. cam timing is super easy with it beign gear cams.
do you ahve the right cams in the right places? front cams in the front, rear cams in the rear?

Hi all, sorry was away for a while. what i mean by the plugs is that it doesnt even look like its been fired on , they looked like they have just been put in , I will try and sort out the cam timing ,but i find it hard as i can find no one who know's these bikes cam timing

if the plugs are not getting wet then you are not getting fuel.
The cam timing is easy - it has geared cams and so you cannot get it out and if you do it does not work at all, let alone make attempts to start.
My money is on a lack of fuel to the cylinders - how else would you expect them to be dry?

the service manual is in the downloads section, it has a step by step guide on how to set the cam timing. unless you took the cams out and it ran at somepoint befoe then there is 99% certain not camtiming, it doesnt go out
