I've been to see that bike it belongs to Lee Tyack a member on here. Its a difficult one to price that as its a UK sp which are very rare with the fob and the plaque. I bought my 3tj7 as it was cleaner. It's nice though.

An unmolested SP in the red white (3TJ02) is "uncommon", they have CV carbs on them like the RR version. The one on the Bay is an official UK import and is rare.
The later SP's have Flatslide carbs and were limited to 2 runs of 500 units, they are as rare as the R7

So not all SP's have flatslides then, thats handy to know. so apart from carbs what sets the SP apart from the RR?

Lighter wheels?

The SP swingarm has paddock stand lugs on it.

Not sure if the wheels are lighter but the wheel spacers are built into the wheels for quicker wheel changes when racing, I believe.

Yes, the wheels spacers are captive.

The suspension is fully adjustable, single seat unit and different subframe, close ratio gearbox, lighter valve train

The SP swingarms have a bit on the bottom of the dropouts that the spacers rest on making for really easy rear wheel changes The front mudguard is fixed differently too, you can rotate the fork lowers without having to remove the mudguard which means you don't have to remove the calipers to take the wheel out. There's loads of really nicely thought out bits on them.
