a bar of soap, how?

Finaaly finished the job, even with the stuck bolts. still cant get them off. well worth it, forks r like new, bike doesnt dip anymore

I Still have a problem with the fork pinch bolt, 3 out, 1 not budging. Its now rounded off completely so i cut a slot down the middle an tried turning it with a big screwdriver with no success, tried driling it, everythin besides weldin on another nut cause i dont have access to a welder. what else can i try? I need to get brakepads changed and other work done urgently.

How about getting a hammer and chisel, and trying to turn the bolt using the edge of the chisel in the end of the slot you cut in the bolt? Or a stud extractor?

Ive tried that too, wouldnt budge. I dont understand why its the only one that wont come out
