thats just preliminary clock wiring... i jsut connected it to test it.... its not even mounted yet. i just want to know why it wont start.

There's nothing within the clocks that will make the bike not fire as far as I can see from the diagram. It is possible however that you will need to bypass the JDM speed restrictor externally, but you would have realised that anyway?

Specifically, what colour wires are in that connector, and is that actually five in it rather than six?

well i have the SP derestrictor unit. soo does that by pass the speed restrictor? and im not sure what colours are on that plug... ive not looked.

why? all i know is that white plug connects to the plug on the tacho... my new clock does not need that white plug, it only need the rpm signal wire which is the separate yellow/green wire... and yes... fuck you

Here we go again. Can we keep this civil? Sometimes it feels like members see who the original poster is and immediately get on his case! He has a problem with his bike and it makes much nicer reading if people are trying to help rather than take pot shots!

Hi, have you had it running since you tried the new clocks in first? Can you put in back to standard and see if it'll start?

not had it running since i tried the new clocks. i will revert back to try if the charged battery doesnt help.... im thinking the cold got to the battery.. especially if its got dead cells...
