I've ordered my clocks (RX1n) and they should arrive tomorrow (fingers crossed!) but I'm confused about which digital converter to buy. I know I need the type F but I have no idea if I need the black or white plug fitting, any ideas?

I had installed before a RX1N but theyre little bit smaller, so I replaced them with a RX2.

I don't know what you mean "digital converter", is it for the odometer? the kit is already included with a magnet sensor, so no need for those converters for mechanical-to-electrical sensor for Koso's odometer/speedometer.

The problem is that my bike is restricted so if I remove the speedo cable it'll enable the restriction. Though, it should be cheaper to just de-restrict the bike instead of buying the cable...... I'm just really not very good with electrical stuff :(

You can just bridge the 2 pin green plug that plugs into the speedo with a bit of wire to overcome the restrictor. Dodgy racer bodge that one.

Mine arrived today and it's pretty small, around the size of a modern smart phone, now it's a matter of figuring out these instructions to get it working.....

Green (Fuel / -ve) - that's the fuel sensor, I assume it connects to Fuel Pump - Green?
Purple (EOBD / -ve) - EOBD means........?
Gray (Oil / -ve) - Oil pressure warning light, black?
Yellow (High beam / +12v) - Blue? I assume the connectors fit to the original consoles connectors and not somewhere else, or am I mistaken?

The black wire is neutral, it says to connect it to the bike/engine for a good Earth, what's a good place to stick that, or can it be connected to an Earth wire somewhere?

Loving the English in the instructions though. "Wrong installation will cause the meter broken!"

/edit - just removed my old clocks, am I right in thinking that if I snip off the end of the wire, I can simply connect the RX1n wiring and then simply plug the connector back in?

/edit - found a great guide:

Can't for the life of me find a good earth though
