Well, no offence, but you've clearly not spent too much money on this line, and now you need to spend more to sort out where it's left you! Which unless the thing was free is now going to work out at more than the cost of a new one. Plus the fact that it's on old rubber hose means it's likely to be well past it's best, and even if it's OK now, it'll need chucking in a skip at some point as rubber ones have a limited lifespan - braided ones don't, unless they get damaged. The original braided one on my bike somehow managed to rub on the metal hose guide on the hub pinch bolt... :s

well i cant use it. there is no connector? i thought the connector from my aftermarket hose would be usable for this hose. but its not, i suppose i should have checked before buying. its okay, im not dissapointed in you or anything, im just dissapointed that i cant use the hose without another connector, which will delay my MOT which in turn will delay me riding the bike :P

Your bike would probably fail anyway thus postponing it further,
I knew my bike was perfect for mot, I go over it with a keen eye so its doesn't fail picked up 2 advisorys and a fail.

Don't sweet it cancel or postpone the booking they can't charge you for cancelling.

Porndok, the MOT tester here arent strict, my bike passed it last year, with a lot of problems... and there are less problems now.

Neo, im trying to put the oem one in, but dont i need some sort of connector, that goes onto the adapter on the reat caliper? or does the oem hose just screw directly onto the adapter on the caliper?
