starter solenoid is new as is the rec/reglator

taken plugs out checked gaps perfect and re fitted

Have you checked for a spark when cranking the engine?

do i remove a plug then reconnect it to the lead then make sure it is connected to a good earth then turn it over.

Pretty much I think.
Google it first on what exactly you should do, probably quite dangerous if you don't test them right.

found out how to do it will try that then.
