Looks fine.

Does the tank have a breathing system? How are you feeding it into the carbs if it's that low?

There are several hoses included to work as breathers, so that side of things is taken care of.
I am running a pump to get the the fuel up to the carbs.

Like many have said, it would take a big crash to do damage. The fuel cell is a very solid construction. Even the OEM tank is not immune to big crashes, so there will always be the risk of fuel spills.

Very nice, I read about someone making a carbon tank for an SV before.

He filled it with tank sealent but as overkill just in case there were any pin-prick holes in the resin.

Personally I would have filled it with explosafe or similar just in case athough where it is there is a fairly low chance of it breaking.
