8mm compression tester adaptors

Some info about the plugs:

Threaddiameter: 8mm
Threadreach: 19mm (Honda)
Seattype: flat
Hexsize: 13mm

It doesn't say if it's M8 or 8mmx1.25 or other. Would NPT 1/16 fit?
