Never used silicon on my yamamoto and it doesnt blow at all, but guess it won't hurt.porndoguk wrote:i just used clear silicon on the yamamota rear section and it was adequate i guess adding springs is for piece of mind and that race look but rcv collars will surfice.

Here is a stock Honda system next to a Yamamoto 1/2 system.
The Honda inside diameter with the gasket in place is near enough 35mm.
The Yamamoto inner diameter is 35mm too.
