Re: Stafford show 19-21st.
I should be there, not taking the bikes over as there isn't a Bimota stand this year. I will be routing through the #junk# (rare and unobtainable items) outside though. Sounds like Saturday is the day everyone else is going so I'll try and get there then. Might ride a bike over if the weathers not too bad, otherwise I'll take the car. Taking the car can be dangerous for me as I'm then aware that I can buy lots of #crap# (rare and unobtainable items)!philfingers wrote:sat most likely, yes! bimota crew going no doubt too. who went ? did everyone clock the "uk spec" NC30 for sale at £4250 near the main entrance ? all the wrong bits and superbright paintjob
nice to see fastone were back with all the "sorry mate that bikes sold, but leave us a grand and you can have the next one" were all back on the stands for all the see.

I went yesterday, had a wonder around all the stalls, had a beer, wondered around again, then headed home.
edit - why do people take dogs to shows like this? I saw loads of people walking about in the halls with a dog on a lead. I even saw a bloke walking round with a cat on his shoulder!!!!

Stafford. Show
Anyone been? Was down yesterday and apart from some nicely turned out bikes the rc30 owners club z1s kettle club.In particular was pretty underwhelmed. Overall had expected a bit more in the autojumble and found the show prices for a lot of stuff no different from what you could get on net. Fastline had an outrageously priced nc30 for sale but not a lot more to be had. It was my intention going today also but sold my ticket to a lady in hotel before heading home this morning. Only nc30 related item I spotted for sale was a rear wheel anyone.else have more successful hunting?

Re: Stafford show 19-21st.
yes - merged yours with the current running thread.
expensive bitsa as you arrived on the avenue down to the main hall.
not seen a bargain there worth talking about in over 4 years. last bargain i had was a rear ducati marchesini for £100.
always a nice day out there though and good to meet some familiar faces.
