Hi Sam. How was the fitting of these rads? You tried a test run? I'm looking at getting myself a set also.

Re: Sensible Chinese Rad Question
Got them on on Saturday. Some minor adjustment was needed. Seemed to be extra lugs on them, but a hacksaw and a file sorted that out. There dead on, having no problem with the cooling system at all. Well worth £100 in my opinion. You can have a look at them sometimes if you want.
Went out for a test run on Sunday, and the rads where great. The Kamakazi rabbit or bird that hit me, causing the right lower and mid to come off was not so great. Only cheap chinese copies, and there stashed in a hedge outside Saintfield to be collected some evening in the car, and plastic welded up!

Re: Sensible Chinese Rad Question
Fack, glad you got away ok dude. Sounds good. They are also selling rads described as duel core for 150 delivered. I wander if there is any real difference in the two sets. Was yours to fit the nc30 or nc35? Don't suppose you have any pictures? Dying to get over to Chris's and see his aswell
Cooling system in the nc35 is shocking at the moment, lol

Re: Sensible Chinese Rad Question
Theres no way it was as bad as what mine was before I changed. My mate told me to burn the rads, as they were a disgrace. I have a few pics, but cant upload them at work. Where abouts are you in Belfast. I work pretty much in the centre, and take the bike most days.

Re: Sensible Chinese Rad Question
My bike may not be going anywhere for a while.
Here's some radiator porn. Cheap foreign radiator porn.

As they arrived

Top Rad, those wee lugs at the bottom came off with a hacksaw, and were filed smooth

Bottom rad

Rads fitted.
Good job for 100 beans
