If the false intake tubes are above headlight=3EN1
below headlight= 3EN2-bet its this one.
Them cheap shorty ones are the ones I was telling you about, plus some have snapped.
Good ones are £60 plus a pair. Where are you at?

Hi Callum, some of your questions have also been answered on your other posts you made previously, sometimes I find the site does not notify you of replies even if the check box is ticked.Thats a 3 en2 .Try to keep on top of your maintence and servicing if you can or it mounts up or a breakdown occurs and then it costs more and sickens you. They are 23 years old now.
I just bought mine last week and the cost of replacing and uprating parts is going to be much, much more than it cost or will ever be worth but it is to be used as a "tool" for a specific purpose I get a kick out of turning lemons into lemonade, its a hobby. If you can handle one of these, on the right roads they WILL embarrass much more modern and powerful machines, you see it on track regularly.Looks arn't everything! Hope you got your answers!

It does sound like you've got a 3EN2  They're pretty rare now, I think they only made that model for a year or so, they're certainly less common than the Genesis and 3EN1 anyway.

The best thing to do when you get a new (to you) bike is ignore everything the previous owner told you about how they looked after it and go through it with a fine toothed comb. Change the oil and filter as soon as you can, change the coolant when you get a minute and bleed the brakes. That way you'll know that all the stuff to keep the bike running ok and stopping ok are fine, the cosmetics can come later once you know everything is mechanically ok.

How come the 3EN2 is quite rare now? What different with them to others? Coolant has been drained, brakes are getting bled this week, air filter will be done aswell.

I thought it was a 3TJ as i bought a screen for a 3TJ but a few mods and it will fit?!

And i have got my answers thank you very much, i just wanna ride it now haha.

Because they were only made for a year (1989 I think) or so, whereas the other versions had longer model runs.
