Re: Keihin FCR flatslide application.
I have asked the seller to measure the bore of the engine inlet and the spacing of the inlet trumpet thingies. What I should really want is for him to come back with figures that I just cannot make work, or for the bidding to start up!
At the mo, I can just about afford the starting bid, although I may get in trouble
so if things start hotting up, I'm out.
It's just to have a set of FCR's on a big bore/long stroke 600...
Oh and that does not mean you can all go find these and stick on some bids, please don't!
Alex.

Re: Keihin FCR flatslide application.
Back in the late 90's i raced in the KRC 6Hr Endurance championship & there was a guy in the twin class on a TRX with head work & exhausts, at the next round i noticed that it was considerably faster so being inquisitive i asked where he got the speed..Kayla850 wrote:FCRs rock, really. They're literally bolt-on horsepower and are fine on the road. The ones I had on my TRX added a good 5-10bhp (bum dyno!) right through the revs and the sound they make is incomparable- whooooooooossssshhhhh rattle rattle rattle...
A pair Keihin 41mm FCR's & lots of dyno time gave the TRX an extra 25bhp...
