Well, i finished spraying the top yoke and have put everything back together, gave it all a good whack and a wiggle as it was going back together and its still the same so i think you guys are right - lower yoke probably need closer inspection/replacement.
I can't do it now-got too much on but in the next few weeks i'll take it all apart again and see what i can see.
