The choke wasn't really helping to be honest.

I think the first issue was the idle was too low.


Yes it was previously running... Starting on 3 cylinders till warm and running very rich ... We suspected o ring and during the change we found 1 in three pieces and all the others had gone a bit hard.


I think the black plugs are from it previously running rich.

We are Gona:
Change plugs
Runn till warm
Adjust jets
Then Adjust idle


Hopefully it will run better.....

Will putting them all at 1.5 be ok or do they need to be adjusted more accurately.
