I think as long as you stick to one of the well known brands you shouldn't go too far wrong.

No doubt there are many copies from china floating around but they probably don't have the same tests on the lines that the well known brands like HEL and Goodridge etc have.

Hel on all my bikes past and present, they really come into there own when on track or on a hot fast road ride no more lever coming back to the bar business...

I always run the two line option at the front not the factory 3 with the split, far easier on install..
