Nothing, but that's the problem.
I sent the fairings back and he got them on the 16th. I rang him and he said he had 30 days to refund and wasn't going to do anything till then. That came and went so I got in touch with Visa card services (I paid on my bank debit card), they asked for all the details. I sent them that, waited a week and rang them. They won't cover the purchase because it's second hand items.
So now I'm onto trading standards who just say write to him as a prelude to sueing ....

It's not really practical he sell lots of stuff and has over 8000 possative feedback.
You'd have thought somebody like that would just swear a bit refund and get on with their life, huh ? Still he says the items are relisted due to a "fruit loop" messing him about

Opps !!! Doh !!!
Ok I went to the bank and asked them to check my account - they asked how much I expected back I told them they checked ... not in. But when I asked them to check again for any money coming in they found a payment.
Really the "rules" say I should have got the postage costs as well (£15) but I haven't ... that said I'm not going to chase them for that.

So the lesson - Go through e-bay and use Paypal
