Im going to be there on one of those days as im organising a ride out and thats one of the destinations.

only just had a chance to check this due to being in the lovely place that is Kenya...
My riding position was all wrong
I got my toe down though too!! 
But no knee, and i shat myself haha.
Cant wait till i get back to crack on with some more!!
