CDI repair?

This surely shouldn't have happened??? I went to unplug CDI and the actual circuit board came
Out SO EASILY, it just glided out and i was like wtf!? so it's been unsealed and the previous owner has obviously had a look himself. Can see that moisture has gotten in due to rust... Inside. What does that rusty screw connect too??? Could that stop my bike having a strong spark???

LOL- I haver an HND in electrical engineering so ive a head start on some poeple.
Thats a Darlington transistor and may be the problem tho its usually the capacitors.
Think its one of these but its a long time since i used the electronics.

Cool :) I hate electronics lol could never get my head round it. So I'm doing my HND in mechanical engineering in a year.
eBay auction finishes in a few hours for coil and CDI. I'll go pick them up tomorrow and hopefully will solve my problem.
Got new thermostat housing and both sensors today so when I fit that I'll do coils/HT leads and test them etc, and do the earth cables. (where are the earths on the GK76a?)
Copper grease inside connections??
Going to get my current CDI rebuilt so I've got a nice spare lol.
Cheers :)

I've found that you have opened a tci from bandit, i have a tci module with a burned compontent, actualy 4 components.
If i kindly ask you can you please tell me what is written on the parts? You can find these on the left top part of the pcb when connectors are holded up, F1 D1 D2 and V1, on my tci unit these parts are black and carbonized.
in this image:

Left buttom part, you can actually see D2 written on the PCB
Thank you in advance
