possible to fit a 53mm outlet exhaust to nc30?

Aye stop bodging things it'll come back and bite you in the arse one day. Any can can be made to fit, either get a new inlet cap for the can that fits the link pipe correctly or have a ali sleeve made to take up the difference between the 2, the former is prefered(this means the first one ) but does require a bit more mechanical know how (this means - not you ) to fit the inlet although its not rocket science.

i may not know much about mechanical things... but i have learned mate, and as a matter of fact im 19 and this is my first proper bike.. my last one was an r125 which did not need any mechanical attention due it being brand spanking new. we all start from somewhere... im the one who learns from their mistakes as you may have seen before. but no need to point it out in bright red, that i am not so mechanically knowledge. ive done 95% of the work on my bike myself... the other 5% was the garage... and i have to say.. its working pretty well..

...except things seem to break/fall off on a weekly basis because you insist on blowing all your money on spacky fairings and then painting them orange. Why don't you get a Haynes manual and do all the 'regular maintenance' checks at the front of it? That way, you might actually pre-empt a problem rather than wait for something to go wrong and then bodging it. Get it mechanically sound first, and then start bolting spoilers and neon lights to it.

but, i DO have a Haynes manual... and i HAVE done all the regular maintenance to it... the bike is mechanically sound, apart from the problem with the started motor which has i THINK mechanically failed and getting blue smoke at 14k rpm which i will also be fixing soon..... there is nothing falling off or breaking on the bike.. those were just problems that have been there for months and months. i have ONLY now just decided to take care of them, and i have! the bike is in 100% rideable condition now.

you have a TSR sytem that is for Jap inlet cans at 48 ish mm.

So..either get a jap can @ 48 ish mm OR get a different system that takes 51mm OR get a new link pipe.

The reason people are getting short with you is that you are keen to bodge steering bearings, crush link pipes and so on...and what seems important is only that you paint the bike,

but my system is a tsr... and so is the can. its even got that official jap mark on it. im not keen on bodging steering bearings, i only used a piece of tube and yous all went mental at me. it says in many websites use a pvc tube to press the bearings and it even says it on Haynes manual...
