when i fitted mine i had to grind flat the lhs engine mount on the cylinder head, but i depends on what brackets your using

I didnt have to grind the engine or frame. The engine does sit about 5 mm to one side but when the plates i make are fitted and the bolts are tightened the engine centers up nicely. I thought my frame was twisted at first!
