CRM wrote:agreed, The 35 is more appealing to the first time 400 owner because it's "more modern" but after riding a sorted 30 i think most tend to prefer the 30.
Prices of 35's are still quite high, however in the real world very few sell for those mad prices - well to uk owners anyway, a few go abroad where they represent good value for money.
:plus: Overhere the 30's are here not that high priced anymore on contrary to the 35's. Am lucky to have 2 of them, for sure these will hold up it's value more and more. But hey, everything has it's price tag, just need to find a buyer with the right amount of pennies/emotion for it.

How much is it? The going price here for a clean one as below...

These two are from a dealers (so overpriced) but this one has only done 5000miles, 4000gbp... you can get same condition for 1000gbp less if you goto a bike shop.

http://page14.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/a ... s246105238

12,500 miles.. bit cheaper.

http://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/150103376

3300gbp.

I think maybe 3000gbp for a super clean original condition bike IF you want a collectable.

I'd rather pay around 2000 for a bike thats clean but i'm not afraid to use it, I like to ride them :D

Nah, I rode it and it was about as enjoyable as a donkey ride at the sea-side.

Honestly, I really, really, really, didn't like...

Guys, I thought about it long and hard.
My bike is tatty by comparison, has 30k more miles, but fresh suspension & new Diablo Rosso2's. Runs great, feels sorted. Happy to ride in the rain, or at Cadwell, if it gets dropped, I'll cry for a day,
The 'fresher' bike would need suspension sorting, and tyres and MOT, plus I would hate to ride it in the rain , and if I dropped it I would cry for a month.
So I'm leaving it, and riding the sorted tattier bike.
Thanks for advice though!!
