forgot 2 add i bought a m-max box 2 c if that would sort it but still the same, when i bought the bike the carbs that was on it i had them off and checked the jets and that they were the right size and in the right place, mixture screws were 3 turns out thought that was a lot,so i set them to 2 turns out still wouldnt rev so i was told give em another quarter turn out as i have an tyga race can on still the same. so i bought a set of carbs that had been stripped and rebuilt and they came off a bike that was running superb but mine still dont wanna rev, feels like some1 has their hand over the end can and lets it off at 10k.

Ok getting somewhere now.
So you have two sets of carbs to use and neither gave any improvement. You've tried an M-max box too.
I wouldn't completely rule out ignition box but since it's working over 10k to some extent perhaps leave that for a bit.
Firstly.
Is your airbox standard and all there?
Have you tested the electrical system?
