I've ordered a gasket in from Honda this morning. It should be in tomorrow. :)

How much was the gasket in the end and did you get it via David Silvers?

Silicone sealer is good for exhausts, if you plan on doing dyno runs or running a O2 data logger use sensor safe silicone.

There's a Honda bike dealer (CJ Ball) just up the road from me so I ordered one from them - came in a couple of days later. It was about £6 if I remember correctly.

I'm sure the bloke said they are the same size as those found on the Honda SP-2 if that helps. I'm not sure if that's correct though. The one he gave me fitted fine and it doesn't blow now. :D
