Cheers for the words of evil towards villain. I've seen it now, waiting for fingerprinting before I get it back. It looks like he hit something like a kerb hard while cranked over, and it's flipped. It was apparently wedged between at garage and a wall, so I guess it's had a nice trip through the air.

I need, at first glance:

starter motor link gear cover
front wheel
headlights
ignition barrel, petrol tank barrel, seat lock barrel
indicators
right hand lower faring
Right rear faring
brake lights
Mirrors
screen

Nose cone probably
Nose cone sub frame probably, or some serious bending if not
fork straightening?
front disks?
front callipers?
handlebars?

But I'd guess she'll run without anything more than the link gear cover replacing, new oil and lots of easy start, and maybe the exhaust smacking about a bit and reseating, as it went down on that side. There's no cylinders poking out, or leaking coolant though.

Bizarrely, the front brake callipers and lines have been changed. I'll speak to the coppers about that I reckon, see if we can get an associate in trouble too as I can't think why else they'd take them off? They were in good nick with goodridge lines, so I guess a swop onto a mates bike.

She's sitting very low, but the front tyre is flat and also the bars have moved off the forks, so hopefully that's the only reason. The forks seem to be sitting at the right height, and look straight, although that would be surprising with the bars coming off and the giant boink in the wheel.

I'll get her back Monday/Tuesday so updates after that...

Really I think it's time to let that one go. See what the insurance offer.

The wheel has taken a hard bang, which looks like it will probably have go into the headstock. The starter motor cover will mean oil loss and you know how long the engine ran like that.

I'll join in with Taggy I've got both fairing lower from a black 3en1 and a fuel tank cowl from a 3en2.
I think Phil Norton might have 3en2 rear panels.

I'd forget trying to find a headlight fairing either stick yours back together with plastex or fit a FZR600 unit with the headlight and frame from the same bike

The rim sounds awesome Taggy, if you let me know payment details I'll send it over with my address:D

Evil, The tank cover I think is ok, as should the left lower I think. The right lower I'll need... how much do you want for it? Let me know, and once I've got the bike back and confirmed I don't need the other bits you've mentioned we'll sort that:)

Evil, will a nose cone sub frame and nose cone fit from a 600 fit straight on and line up with the lowers, or is there a lot of faffing about? I don't think I'll be able to repair the old one, there seems to be quite a lot missing.

Thanks a lot people! :)

The 600 lowers look the same as the 400 so I'd say the 600 fairing farame and lights will fit. At tleast you'll have H4 bulbs

I have the bike now and have had a proper look in the light, and removed various bits. There's more I'd need to replace that isn't on my list. There is determination to get her back on the road, and there is being fucking stupid. This would be fucking stupid. She's dead.

On the plus side, scumbag is still in hospital with broken leg, arm and internal injuries. Copper is coming round tonight for the full story, but it sounds like he missed a wall by a couple of feet at fatal speed.
