Oh got another question:

Stomp grip - I have used this on all my bikes and am really missing it on the NC! I don't see a kit available for the NC30 - Do people use the universal stuff or is there another bike kit that fits the NC tank pretty well?

I used the universal one, needed minor cutting to fit the nc30 tank.
