so now im even more confused

tyre choice again, iv been told you can get the pirelli diablos for the nc30 for 150 odd bucks. anyone on these tyres?? any word on them?
i see on a rating tyre chart the corsa are described as the sport/touer. so what about the H rated standard diablos? i was 99% sure i was going to go with the 090F and 092R but i run the diabloH on my mito and feels good. what they like on the 400?
to be used for mainly commuteing / motorway cruising but want some grip for weekend blasts. im all confused lol

I don't think Pirelli does many tyres in an 18 inch rear? The 18 inch rear limits your tyre choices somewhat, but there are still some excellent street tyres available, the main limitation of the 18 inch wheel is race rubber.
Go for proven tyres: the alpha 10's or bridgy 090's are 2 of the best street tyres you can get in a 150 18". In hot weather I don't get more than 3000 km's out of these tyres... but you do get to enjoy the full capabilities of the bike.
If you want more mileage for for 092 front/090 rear, or dunlop gpr100's.

thanks cammo, iv decided for the popular 092 rear and 090 front. just spent the best part of 110 notes on some box metal and bolts......or what you call an ABBA stand. in the next few weeks ill be striping her of all the pannels etc and seeing the overall condition of her. first job is to remove wheels, bearings and get them painted and new bearings fitted. im going to replace all cables too, throttle, clutch, choke. suspention will be next, rich oliver kit( can i just pm him on here?, im guessing he s a member ) .
i did consider one of these......

It's a double bubble. I believe it's around £25, send Gav a PM as you get 10% off via 400greybike.
