Jeans on a drag strip = FAIL!!!
haha they're not very strict here at all. Although, I should say that these are top of the line $300 kevlar jeans tested by the CEO of the company being dragged behind a car at 140-150kmh sitting on his ass for 400 metres, after which he stands up and walks away unharmed.

Nevertheless, my Alpinestars RC-1 1 piece leather suit came in the mail yesterday!!

Thanks Cammo.

Made a trip out to RB Imports this morning and both the owner and head mechanic said it was the cleanest RVF they've seen in a very long time.

Titanium gear shift linkage rod is installed, discs should be here late next week and shock is getting installed 20th January. All it will need then is the carbon chain guard (maybe hugger if the Tyga one is well priced) and then I'll be happy with it!

Nice bike, jonno! But did I spot this correct from you:
Hey guys,

Unfortunately due to losing my license and financial reasons I have to sell my beloved bike. I have just received these parts for my bike but unfortunately I won't be able to put them to use :(

..

..
What is happening then? :?:

Yes, unfortunately that is correct. Due to losing my license and not being able to insure my $10,000 bike I am forced to sell. I want to take it to the track, and there are alot of stupid drivers out there so if anything were to happen I would suffer a huge loss.

I've already got my eye on a CBR600RR track bike. And then when i get my license back I'll get a DRZ400 or KTM 450ex-c or something to get me to and from uni and work :)

Nevertheless, it's going to be very hard to let go of this bike. I wanted nothing more than to be able to ride it with the new EBC discs and WP shock I just received but it looks like this won't be happening any more.

I will definitely stick around these forums though :)

Cheers
Jonno
