Likewise. Gravity feed doesn't like corners on a low tank!skinnydog0_0 wrote:Mine has the HRC tap mod, and it doesn't like running on reserve. As soon as i have to go to reserve it starts feeling very wooly, like it is only firing on 3. as soon as i fill her up it is fine.

LOL. Doubtful there. It really sounds like the valve isn't opening allowing air into the tank as fuel is used up.

Re: Loosing Power
One thing I have realised is that the bike runs fine until it's boarding on Reserve then it starts playing up even after turning the tank valve over to reserve. Once the tank is full there doesnt seem to be a problem WTF!?!?!?
Could it be that air is getting into the fueling system and creating a air lock of some sort?
Reserve is like my "need to fill up!" warning. If they bike is going to start cutting running rough and cut out when the tank gets low or I turn over to reserve....the I'm in serious sh17

Re: Loosing Power
Ye I saw that but I never had this problem before and it's only recently I take it you talking about the bends in the fuel line?...Yours maybe doesnt like the bends but mine hates it to the extent that it gets so rough that it cuts out! Is there some way to sort the problem out as this problem it obviously not on all the bikes

Re: Loosing Power
The reserve draw in the tank is separate to the main fuel draw.
If you take the tap assembly off the bottom of the tank you'll see the reserve uses a shorter fuel filter. Yours could be blocked, worth checking it.

Re: Loosing Power
Not bends in fuel lines, bends in the road (the lean angle of the bike)SouL wrote:Ye I saw that but I never had this problem before and it's only recently I take it you talking about the bends in the fuel line?
