Excellent advice, have put some answers in the quote....

You've removed plugs, checked the gap and swapped them from the firing cylinders to the none firing ones. YES
Replaced HT leads and plug caps. NO.
Cleaned connectors from loom to coils. NO
Checked connections to the CDI. NO
Replaced the air filter. YES
Cleaned the carbs. YES (But need to swap main jets from front to back)

** Sounds like i need to go and buy a spark tester. It shall be Saturdays job to get the bike back on song again.

Really appreciate your help.

No problem Geoff. I've been stuck many a time and the guys on here have bent over backwards to help me out.
As the bike has been stood so long some of the spade type connecters might have become corroded.
A spark tester will eliminate a lot of things in one easy go. If there's no spark just backtrack the system cleaning connections as you go. Try for a spark every now and then to see if you've cured it.
Keep it simple. You need a nice fat spark in the midst of some compressed air and atomised fuel.
If the bike ran when it was parked up there's no reason to think that the timing is wrong. Do you know for a fact that it ran when garaged or was it parked up because it wouldn't?
Remember, standard jets are different front to back, not just the emulsion tubes.
Cheers,
Duncan
