sorry mate I tried & tried to get the stinking nut off but its just spinning the back wheel & I,m struggling by myself. Later I,ll try the 3en2 as the cover looks the same, I,ll try & get that nut off.

Pulled my sprocket cover off my tj and this is what it looks like...nice and easy job with a zip gun HP.
The sprocket does have a shoulder on the outside but i can't see if there is a shoulder on the inside without taking the chain off.
Th sprocket nut has a recess which should face into the sprocket, if it was fitted the wrong way around there would be a lot of play on the sprocket.

Yeah, i got an excuse too, bike has not run for 15 months.
Blown engine + no free time to fix it = buy a CBR 600

The sprockets I've got have a shoulder on both sides, if that helps?

i know my nut comes off on the tj, found it in the belly pan! oops! i'll look wile i look for that headlight thingy for 007 tomorrow!
